Phase Two Completed!

15th June 2018 - The construction of the Tulipa Třebešín second phase has been completed, representing a total of 250 new apartments in the layouts ranging from 1 + kk (studio apartment) to 4 + kk (3 bedrooms). It has taken just one year for the two new apartment buildings with south-sloping terraces to join the first two buildings of phase one, during which a new nursery school was also constructed. Each apartment has its own balcony, terrace or front garden. Moreover, 300 new parking spaces have been added along with mature plants adorning the undulating terrain as well as terraces with greenery between the residential blocks. At present, the sale of the third phase is in progress.
