Construction of Phase III Started!

30th January 2018 - The onset of 2018 witnessed the launch of the construction of the Tulipa Třebešín third phase. In January, demolition of the remaining structures of the lower building of the former warehouse took place along with the adaptation and preparation of the building site for driving the piles of Apartment Building B. The completion of the third phase is scheduled for spring 2020. The first stage started in June 2015, and the new owners began moving in during the spring of 2017. Phase II has been under construction since August 2016 and new residents will start moving in this summer.
