Reservation of Phase III Apartments Begun

4th September 2017 - September 2017 means not only the beginning of a new school term, but also of the opportunity to reserve a phase III apartment of the Tulipa Třebešín project. The third phase promises 133 new apartments in layouts from 1+kk (studio apartment) to 4+kk (3 bedrooms) located in apartment building B. All of the 183 phase I apartments have already been sold, received an occupancy permit and since the spring, the new owners have been moving into their apartments. The end of the first phase coincided with the completion of a nursery school with a capacity for 60 children and it has already been handed over to the Prague 3 Municipality.
