Phase Two Structure Has Reached Its Highest Point

3rd July 2017 - The second phase of the project is celebrating “Glajcha” – in other words the fact that the highest point of the building has been reached. We anticipate the full completion of the monolithic structures in mid-July 2017 well-ahead of the planned schedule. Currently, windows and balcony doors are being installed on the 4th to 8th above-ground floors. Early in July 2017 the installation of the facade – the contact thermal insulation system - began. Inside the building the brick lining work is well underway with the HVAC distribution, sanitary installations and electrical wiring being implemented from the 1st to 5th above-ground floors. It addition, plastering work has commenced on the first two floors.

Completion of the skeleton structure is anticipated in mid-August. The term skeleton structure refers to a building totally enclosed by walls with window openings along its perimeter, fitted with a roof and staircases along with a brick lining already laid.
