Official Completion of the Sale of the First Phase
26th May 2017 - The first phase of the Tulipa Třebešín project has been sold out! After two and a half years of intensive sales of the 183 apartments and after several months of the no-less intensive process of signing all of the purchase agreements and the first residents moving in, we met up with the sales team to reminisce about the exciting journey we took from the project vision to the actual implementation and finally to the present situation when two apartment buildings of the first phase have been completed.
The period from September 2014 to March 2017 witnessed the sale of 100% of the first phase of the Tulipa Třebešín project in Prague 3. At the beginning we had a project and a vision which were slowly but surely turning into reality. Our thanks go out to all of the involved teams: sales, developer, lawyers, architects, construction, suppliers, marketing and others...
Therefore, we gave ourselves just one day to catch our breath before the second phase, which is now fully under construction and has been sold at more than 50%. Our first port of call took us to the completed E1 and E2 first phase apartment buildings, which encompassed also the concurrently constructed nursery school for about sixty children. After the nursery school we headed for the show apartment of the 3 + kk layout (2 bedrooms), tastefully furnished and fitted by Magdalena Hopkins. In addition, we explored the area surrounding the locality and in just a few minutes while enjoying the pleasant weather we reached the recently revitalised Malešice Park, which is the largest in Prague 10. During our afternoon stop we took part in a bowling competition at the Hector Sports Centre, located next to Malešice Park. In the early evening we were welcomed by the Rose Garden Restaurant where some of the roses were already in bloom. Take a look at some of the photos on our Facebook profile.
Thank you all, and special thanks go to all of the owners of the first phase apartments, who now hold the fate of these two new buildings in their hands.
