2nd May 2017 - Tulipa Třebešín offers homes which are not only within easy reach of the city centre, but also provides a peaceful location with parks, vegetation, playgrounds and sporting areas. Just a 5-minute walk will take you to Třebešín Park and in 15 minutes you can get to Židovské pece Park or the revitalised Malešice Park. The latter features facilities such as cycling and in-line skating circuits, playgrounds along with equipment for those of a more mature age.

Situated just a 5-minute walk away from the building, the sports centre of the University of Economics houses basketball, handball, futsal, floorball and volleyball halls as well as a climbing wall. Only 5 minutes more will be needed to reach the swimming pool in the Třebešín secondary school. Right behind Malešice Park there is the Hector Sports Centre – offering facilities for squash, tennis and beach volleyball, as well as power yoga. More demanding sports enthusiasts can try the Solarium Fitness BBC directly at the Želivského Underground Station.
