100% OF FIRST PHASE APARTMENTS SOLD

17th March 2017 - The first phase of the Tulipa Třebešín residential project has been completely sold out. From the autumn of 2014 to March 2017, all 100% of the apartments of the first phase have found their future owners. Following the granting of the occupancy permits and the technical inspections of the apartments, all clients will now be sent invitations to settle the remaining balance of the purchase price. In the second quarter of this year we expect the first residents to be moving in. 183 residential units will finally have life breathed into them this year!
