17th March 2017 - The current analysis of 2016 has shown that the housing market in Prague is dominated by the big players. Owing to the Tulipa Třebešín and Tulipa City projects, AFI comfortably maintains its position in the top ten of the most successful property developers in Prague, boasting the very impressive number of 323 apartments sold. This figure puts the company in fourth place, representing an almost five percent market share. According to an analysis focusing on projects, which are to be embarked on, Prague developers are planning an additional 70,000 new apartments, but due to the lengthy approval process, construction will begin on only about 23,500 of them within the next five years.
