Fifty Percent of the New Phase Apartments Have Been Sold since September 2016!

9th January 2017 - Great interest has been aroused by the homes located in a peaceful and quiet residential area near the city centre, not far from the Želivského Underground Station and two large parks, as is clearly shown by 50% of the second phase apartments having already been sold. The apartments on offer are predominantly of the 2 + kk (1 bedroom) and 3 + kk (2 bedrooms) layouts, as these are traditionally the most popular.
