Forty Percent of Second Phase Apartments Sold!

23rd November 2016 - Construction of the second phase of the Tulipa Třebešín Residential Project is continuing according to plan. Following the demolition of the former warehouse, the cleared grounds at the boundary of the Prague Quarters of Žižkov and Strašnice are witnessing the erection of two nine-storey buildings with 250 high-standard housing units and 300 parking bays. In only two months after being placed on the market, 40% of all of the apartments in layouts ranging from 1 + kk (studio apartment) to 4 + kk (3 bedrooms) have been sold.
