We are entering the second stage of construction

18th February 2016 - Tulipa Třebešín is entering the second stage of construction. Two apartment blocks will be built containing 250 apartments ranging from 1 room plus kitchen and bathroom to 4 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom in the second stage. The estimated construction starting date is autumn 2016. The urban design concept presents semi-enclosed blocks with eastward sloping terraces. The space between the residential blocks will be revitalised by landscaped terraces and mature vegetation on artificially created undulating terrain. The buildings will be 9 storeys high.

In addition, the demolition began today of the old warehouse to clear the site for the next construction stage of the project.
